I am here in Germany for 1 year and i wanted to study Studienkolleg. I didnt pass the entrance exam for that but now i have decided to study private studienkolleg . What are the disadvantage for that ?

Actually I'm medical student I got 253 in neet (2017) which is very descant score. But in India this Score not worth it to get admission in (MBBS) government college

I got a job in Hamburg and have an A5 degree from H+ university, Do i need to get transcripts to apply for European Blue card, work visa or for any formality or just my English Degree will work?
