Gianmarco Soresi is a stand-up comedian, actor, and a little too much for some people. He’s told jokes on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Comedy Central, Netflix’s Bonding, Don’t Tell, The Real Housewives of New York for some reason, and he was a JFL New Face in 2022. He’s acted in Billy Crystal’s Here Today, Hustlers, The Last OG, and in his theater days shared the stage with some people who’ve gone on to become huge real estate agents. I love how science just ignores international borders. "You got the knowledge? Come on in!" Shame it can be hard to get visas because scientists are paid so badly.

"Not enough brains" is funny, since we literally have a term like "brains breakaway" to talk about researchers and scientists going abroad... I'm into physics and science: you hardly see a research coming from our universities, but you see something from the usa and it's hard to not see an italian name into the list of publishers...

Anyway, Lecce is called "the Florence in the south" and is in contention for being the most beautiful region on the country, but if I say I'm from Salento it's hard to get the same romanticized reaction of someone saying Tuscany, so... yeah... it's only a matter of whatever image the listener has already in mind, it's not something we do imho 😂
