I used to do this mask, minus the aloe Vera gel. Left it in my hair for one hour, rinsed with cold water and applied coconut oil and left that for at least 2 hours sometimes overnight. Did it once a month and my hair was so healthy and long. Got to get back to doing this, and will see if I can find some aloe Vera gel and add to it 🙏🏻

There is only 2 things I focused on and it worked for me to grow back my hair:
1. Reducing the factors that cause hair loss like stress, fried and spicy food, smoking.
2. Boosting the factors that cause hair growth like adding coco onion oil and shampoo, using reactivate hair growth serum of litlleextra, keeping well-hydrated, fresh fruits, and greens..
What ever the reason there is always a solution to grow your hair. Just remain confident and don’t stress over it.

Oh this mask is really effective i used to use it a lot during my childhood it really made my hair much better also currently i am using love beauty and planet curry leaves, biotin and mandarin orange range for longer and shiner hair i would love to recommend that as well❤
