I had a premiere 19' some years ago. before selling it Solid kite..Bit heavy and over sparred, but flew well and very stable. Didn't mind strong wind. I still prefer the big DCs though; sun oaks, ITW, etc..They will go up in wind you can barely feel and lock in the sky.
