I watched Latvian final with my 6 year old daughter and when she listened to Dons performance she got goosebumps and tears in her eyes, not even understanding the words. I wish I would film it as it showed that his voice and emotions could get even through kid's heart who does not have any life experience yet and understanding of anything that the song was about. Fingers crossed this incredible vocal and song is appreciated in Europe and he takes the win back home!

Dons if you see this, I think we really need the characters in the music video, wearing the same clothes. It conveys the message very well and makes it much more than a strong ballad. It gives narrative.

I like how he kinda avoided answering the question about adding in the Latvian verse to Hollow. Other questions he answered with a yes or no, but here he just said one is English and one is Latvian. I think if many of the other songs in the SF are in their native languages, his intuition and instincts will guide him when it's time to read the room. Keeping his cards close to his chest on that question, as they say in poker 👀
