Tmesis Theatre- Memoria

Memoria is an exploration of memory and nostalgia. What do past lives leave behind? What lives within walls and what lives on in our collective present?
 This immersive, piece was set in a beautiful hidden gem, the Albert Walker Hall at the Linacre Methodist Mission & included stories from the building and people past and present.
Built in 1909 it has been recently restored thanks to Heritage Lottery funding, this was the first event in the new space, as part of Physical Fest 2021.

The piece can be taken to other building and spaces and the company can work with the history and local communities, to interweave their stories into the piece, making it unique in each location.
