The Plumier Foundation has an extraordinarily well-equipped shop with both Victorian and modern machines for ornamental turning including Holtzapffel Lathes and the MADE Lathe. The cabinet shop includes the best of the 20th century, fully restored, including a Martin table saw, Yates American machines, Oliver machines, and a Bauerle planer. It also has a Hardinge HLVH tool room lathe restored by Paul Babin as well as a Bridgeport milling machine.

This video takes you through a quick excursion through the entire shop.

0:49 That does not appear to be period scraping on the ways. What is that machine? I would be horrified if an actual vintage machine was given such treatment.
