I live in Denver area, and when you said the drive from Cochran to Calgary was 30-45 minutes my first thought was, “wow, that’s quick!” My commute is short, but damn it takes forever.

I really appreciate this video! Please do more on Cochrane. I’m looking to move there from the UK and work in Calgary. That traffic is NOTHING compared to the UK so no issues for me! I can’t believe how open and quiet the roads look.

I need your suggestion, I am planning to start a pizza business, I have two options Cochrane (small town near Calgary with a population of 35000 only)or Edmonton. I live in Calgary and just got a house and my family and other relatives are also in Calgary, but unfortunately I have to choose between Cochrane and Edmonton . I know Edmonton is a big city but I don’t feel like leaving Calgary . I am very confused that If I start my pizza business in Cochrane, will it be successful like Edmonton or not as the franchise fee is above 400k with all the business expenses. Is there anyone who can give me a better Idea ?

There doesn't seem as there's much to do in Cochrane. Where's the entertainment industry? It looks boring. Also there doesn't seem to have any industry to provide jobs.
