Very soon we will have a situation in this country where criminals can only be punished if the crimes are committed in front of the judges, otherwise they will go scot free, we have ended up in this sad state of affairs with mockery of justice bcoz of a faulty interpretation of human right and democratic spirit which calls for humane treatment of all actions against the culprits but which at the same time can’t ensure human rights and democratic spirit being practiced by criminals as that is an impossibility.
