For a quick and easy method, Just take your texts clip and turn it into a compound clip (by right clicking the text clip), make sure that you changed the layer numbero, take your text compound clip and put it under the cutout clip then boom you're done.

Hi Tongbos, I don't know why, but CapCut doesn't let me insert transitions at the beginning and end of the video clip. Did the same thing happen to you too?
