The old pagan faith taught fate presents us catch 22s in life, but Christianity was firm that God is Love, so that He would never put us in a situation where we MUST choose evil. This was a part of the paradigm shift of Christianity being accepted by the pagans. That fate didn’t have a hold on us anymore

The crazy part of being a Christian is that, if there are 5 Christians (and not only they proclaim the faith, they also show its fruits), and 1 atheist who hates God with all his/her might, I would save that one atheist.

Because he /she won't have anymore chances to repent if he / she departs from the mortal world.

I didn’t think it was right to touch the lever before I was saved, and I still don’t think it’s right. Jesus would be pleased if we try to save one another, but I don’t think he’d be happy if we had to sacrifice someone else against their will. It’s not up to us to decide who lives or dies, but it’s up to God.

Im still learning so much about the faith and still reading his word. I’d love to be directed to any place in the Bible that may prove me wrong or change my perspective, Godbless.

The problem with this is that. If we put it in a different context, like

imagine 5 people will get cancer and die this year but youll get to press a button where a man living a normal life like them but without cancer and will not get cancer in his lifetime will get cancer instead of the five people.
