Another "compact" phone with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3! But is it actually a good phone for gaming? 🤔

2:01 i think it is a bugs in hyper OS. It works well during Miui since you can differentiate between those two resolution where 720p will be showing larger logo when compared to default.

the render resolution is capped at 720p on the game space as it is using the global rom. Those commenting that there is a way to boost it are using china rom. Im using the k60 pro that uses hyperos china rom that can render my genshin at up to 864p. The new k70 and k70 pro can do up to 1200p and 1500p respectively.

1:56 in my xiaomi phone genshin specifically, it seems like the default resolution is lower than the 720p. and 720p is more taxing to run compared to default. while other games default resolution is higher than 720p.

20:16 u need to press save to apply the new settings but the game is very lite on 8gen3 it's not a big deal if the graphics was ultra or lite the fps will be the same

i wonder why phone brands dont design it to atleast to add a after market phone cooler as such camera bumps make the cooler useless and also the chip being at the top makes it uncomfortable to use with cooler

Even with all the 8 gen 3's power it still can't go straight 60 fps on Genshin it will always avg only 40+ to 50+ fps on 30 mins gameplay I'm starting to think that the phone isn't the problem it's the game optimization instead.
