Paddle a perfect creek like river , gliding through Northern Thai Jungle. Kayak your first rapids learning from professional instructors. This is the perfect run for intermediates and motivated beginners, to initiate white water kayaking.Paddle a jungle-fringed river in Northern Thailand on a full-day kayaking trip to the Mae Wang Valley, departing from Chiang Mai. Navigate Class I and II rapids, spot elephants at the water’s edge, and search for birds in the lush, tropical forest. Advanced kayakers can continue into the lower Mae Wang River, where challenging Class III and IV rapids bounce off boulders and riverbanks. Meet your guide at your Chiang Mai hotel, and enjoy views of the scenic countryside during the 45-minute drive to the Mae Wang Valley, set in the shadow of Doi Inthanon, Thailand’s highest mountain. Learn the basics of technique and safety, then launch your boat into the upper portion of the Mae Wang River, whose Class I and II rapids are suited to beginning boaters. Choose a river kayak or a sit-on-top boat that’s the best fit for your skill level.
Follow a course that passes a series of elephant camps, and spot the animals that come to the river to bathe and drink. Look for butterflies, birds and even jungle mammals along the way, and soak up the sun on easygoing stretches of water between the rapids.
Tour option E+ "Lost canyon"
The Class III and IV rapids in the lower part of the river are a good fit for advanced boaters, who shouldn’t miss the boulders and white water of Lost Canyon.

Hi, we are travelers from Korea. We are not good at English. I can understand English a little. I have poor English skills. Is there a problem with the activity because of this?
And there is a weak woman in the party. We don't want to suffer from muscle pain after this activity. I wonder if we'll have a hard time if kayaking is our first time.
