How long does it take for those muscles to start getting stronger and see some improvement in general ? Thanks

Are we engaging the muscles in the back of our neck to hold and lower our head for this exercise?

Hi, my neck flexures are very weak. My Physio has advised for chin tucks while lying down as an excersise.
Now When I am doing this excersise, as soon as I try to remove towel from lifted head, the head comes down due to weakness. Please advise!

Dont get how this works cause your stretching your neck forward

The real question is will this help me take a punch in boxing by training areas other exercises cannot reach.
