Randall is being so sarcastic as he’s complimenting Fischer. “Wow he’s good. He’s fast.” He knows those records dont matter at all once you’re actually in the ocean saving people’s lives.

This is my favorite scene! My son's and I quote/paraphrase it often..."You do not deserve to be in/on (insert location) with (insert person's name) he is destroying you!" "You're all fighting for second place, first loser." Also use "Wow he's fast."

Took me about 8 years to realize that he was just trolling him, the record that rly matter will still go down as unbeatable also had something to do with saving lives aswell ironically

When he says “I think some of you just wanna break records” he should have also said “Fischer I’m looking at you” that would make it more funny
