Vicks does work. I've known this since 2012. A nurse saw my toenail and said to get sandpaper or emery board and file the toenail thin (but not all the way to the shin) apply vapor rub every night before bed.
Cured it faster than OTC meds
I had very bad toenail fungus

Ive been using Vicks for four month maybe five and the new toenail growing in isnt yellow or discolored. Looking up! I had toe nail fungus for two years bad. Now they look clearer and Im happy that someone found out about this remedy. I believe duct tape wrapped around the nail works too. I havent tried it tho.

I just started using it, but what I did was get dog toe clippers and cut a lot of it off and nail file, I’m keeping it cut and I’ll let you know in a few months

Can the Vicks Vapo Rub also be mixed with hot water and then the feet be dipped after the water becomes warm?

When you use Vicks on thick yellow toenails. Would the Vick’s cause the yellow toenails to come off during the healing process?

Yep, watching my toenail fungus melt before my eyes was such a relief, I went with what I pointed out and within the first 24 hours or so the fungus was barely visible! I just go'ogled the latest in Sammy Rokernal’s Fungus Key and after 2 days my feet have never been healthier!

I was just speaking to my father, who has toenail fungus on both feet, quite bad, or did at least. He has now cured it on one foot, and it's clearing on the other. He uses a UK product called Germolene cream. I don't know the ingredients, but it is an antiseptic cream, so maybe any antiseptic cream would work? It does make some sense, because antiseptics are supposed to prevent the growth of different microorganisms like bacteria and fungus. I looked up Germolene and toenail fungus on Google, and couldn't find a thing, other than one post, that looked genuine from someone who said it cured them. My dad applies it every three days, under the end of the nail after trimming them a little. I guess he could do it more often, but he showed me his foot and it looks 100% clear, the other foot still has it, but he says it's improved like the other did. Now one foot is clear, he's sown a little thread onto certain socks to mark them, so he doesn't wear the socks from his infected foot on the clear foot. And he puts a little antiseptic cream on the nail clippers after using them. I also have it on one foot, so I might try it, see if it works. It will take months to cure though, his did, I guess because you can only really hope to slow it down, stop it's growth, and wait for healthy nail to grow. I'm gonna copy and paste this comment and repost it on other videos, because it has worked for my dad, I've seen it with my own eyes, so I'll spread the word, good luck with it! One thing I would add, fungus likes moisture and darkness, he doesn't take his socks off much, or wear sandals inside, but I think that would make sense to do as well as keeping nails short, and using the cream.
