If I remember correctly, it was somewhere between $150-$200 because it came with the whole kit to do it yourself. Except it wasn't until AFTER I bought it that I realized how complicated taking apart your iPhone really is lol! So it might be cheaper without the kit or if you have the website do it themselves!
