Converting Thesis Into Research Paper

This is a detailed instruction for fresh graduates (IPM/PGE/Master/BBA/MBA/MS/undergraduate/graduate/post-graduate) who just finished their thesis on how to extract research papers from their work and how to sell work at different research forums.
This week, we had master students' thesis defense and I was co-jury of many students, I observed the students' work has the potential to be presented at different research forums but they are very less motivated and unaware of how to sell their work. However, this video will give them detailed instructions to write a research paper and how to disseminate their research findings in different.
