How sweet, however, she sounds like she’s reading, rehearsed and they were acting. I know, this is supposed to be an intimate moment, however, it was hollow and lacked warmth and sincerity in its delivery and presentation. They all looked like they were acting. I’m empathetic for what she’s going through, but I wish she can be more real; truly? I know, first hand, the ravages of cancer on the individual and their family. Just wished if she is going to share something personal, then make it that—personal and sincere. Don’t make it sound like a prepared speech which ultimately comes across as ‘just for the sake of the monarchy’. Too bad such a wonderful opportunity to take us along on her journey was missed. Princess of Wales, your journey belongs to you, your husband, children and family. Don’t be coerced into making public, for the monarchy’s sake, something you are not ready to share with the public. Take your time to mend, which can be difficult especially when you are a public figure. Folks can be insensitive without meaning to be, so public, relax; give her that opportunity to come to terms with her “new”self and how to explain to her children, her condition while helping her children understand what’s happening to their mum, while still trying to navigate and work things through her own emotions and yes, her eventuality. Public, please, stop—be empathetic. How would you feel if it were you? Your spouse? Please stop being so demanding and coercive. Do you truly think forcing a sick woman is helpful to the monarchy?
