This channel has helped me to understand the game SO much. There's, like, no guides online. Apart from some crafting lists, this really feels like my main source of Outward information.

The only bummer to this is not being able to equip different armor sets if your wearing the complete set, but at least you'll still have the skull and the chest piece that would probably make something interesting with separate matching armor sets

You can get the backstab skill and other related things in Vendavel, basically grab a ton of trap triggers and steel spikes and lay them in front of the NPCs, then talk and say you want to kill them 'gatekeeper', then the NPCs will be replaced with hostile version and you basically loot the key from them. And with that you have access to the entire building, they don't spawn hostiles until you talk to one of the 3 unique combat NPCs (unique names) who would enslave if in the chat UI.

They are easy to kill though and once you break in, you can sell iron scraps to a prisoner npc for 5 solver each... Considering that you buy iron scraps for 3 each...

There is a nurse npc that gives you 5 silver for each bandage... You can buy bandages for 3 silver each I think.

Some gear are overpowered and a proper backstab with a broad dagger would do immense damage early on, just need to circle the enemy. If you co-op, backstab is insanely handy since mobs only aggro 1 player at a time.

Trying to get a dagger with 34 impact damage or higher and use the skill, results in 100+ impact and instantly knocks them down...

Good guide nobody in their right mind would be looking for costumes like that! One mistake, you get stuck and lost your character! Nice to know hiding places like this exist though, and things that seem like it'd be a bug to be able to get on might of actually been designed like that.

If ya do a Mertin run, definitely go grab Mertin's Firepoker that's in a cave under a tree on the island in Enmerkar Forest. It'll complete (i think) your set. Unless there is a shield or something else hidden in the game that no one's found yet. But the firepoker is a must.

This is awesome thanks. I literally just got the Outward Adventurers Bundle for only $7.99 in the Xbox One store yesterday and I started playing today. I just got the favor on the beach and turned it in to keep my house. Now before I even do any quests Im going to collect the skeleton set so my girl can look badass when she sets Outward on her very first journey across the map. I'm going to be sure and watch any videos you've made for this great game when I need tips or I get lost or confused with a quest. Btw, I hope you see this comment because I know it's an old video but I was wondering how am I supposed to make a cooking pot into a helmet? I love the videos man keep it up. you should do one where you eplain breakthroughs and the fact you have 3 points, and that you can only get the left or right skill of one tree not both. as i only found out after 50+ hours of playing and had to restart. it could help alot of new players out in the long run!.
