Mai to ye sochrha how does it feel when you face someone like Jofra Archer or Mitchell Starc?

Personally don't like the bowling machine too much, unless working on a specific stroke. For general practice, throwdowns at different lengths are preferable.

Bowling machine mein 150 matlab 180 kyuki aap ball ke nikalne ke baad hi react kar sakte ho... reality mein bowler ke action and wrist se hi aap react kar sakte ho... so there is a difference ... it is easier to face a 150 bowlerthan facing 150 in a bowling machine

The way to use the bowling machine is to practice specific shots. Playing like this will not help you improve! Begin in your trigger movement for the shot and then the guy delivering the ball should have the machine fixed to that line and length you are practising against! This is actually dangerous and players often get hot at high speeds when they have no prior experience against the bowling machine! You can actually destroy your technique and confidence!

If you're using colored balls, then the wall behind the bowling machine should be white. Otherwise you see the ball even later. And that's what was happening to you as well. Can be dangerous

I'm a leftie as well and have been hit in the nuts by an in-swinger from a bowling machine. We use indented hard and heavy balls with the machine. Play safe, and enjoy! ;)
