Can not get past failed to clear disk attributes after: attributes disk clear readonly. Also I have local drive as 0 and 148 G and a hidden volume 854 megabytes. Windows will not boot. Will not reset, After chosing keyboard language layout continue to windows it goes back to repair screen. I ran startup repair failed to fix problems. Cannot run chkdsk because disk is locked and volume is write protected. Mixed up permissions UAC inside windows while installing an extra hard disk. I wanted to move some of the files from C:/ drive to new drive, but not windows because C; drive disk was full. I was not authorized to move files from C: to new hard disk on my own computer! probably while booted and inside windows I messed up permissions in UAC.
