If Kathleen gotti is temporarily leaving general hospital she should get shot. Then Victor throw her b8d over board. Then some boat finds here. She goes to the nearest hospital...close to death...but before they put her on life support she gets the doctors to take her bone marrow.
They phone Nina in Port Charles tell tell Lisa is on life support and may not recover.
But she did leave behind her morrow.
They taje her body to the Hogue...but they helicopter the bone marrow to port Charles.
That should give her a blaze of glory moment..
