Rentals are good. It's an investment in that it will be generating monthly income and at the same time it's an asset coz u can use them to get bank funding for other businesses. Given the cost of construction is going up due to inflation among other issues, I would start building today without waiting. Some other businesses look more lucrative but are very you may end up with nothing.
