You did great patty! better than what I have done at the start this week and ended up hurting my legs I didn't knew what I did wrong but I tried my best and at least I did something, now I have to wait for a few days for my legs to get better and try and prepare for next weeks exercises I need to do, I know this is just the beginning of my fitness journey so i'm honestly still trying to figure out what right exercises I need to do in order to reach my goals someday, wish me luck 🙏
I'm glad im not the only one who can't get thru a weight lifting exercise sometimes but you made it through it im proud of you! 💪

I've been having downfall days recently and sometimes going to the gym and lifting weights helps me forget all the bad thoughts and memories that were corrupting in my head, but for right now it depends since im still new and im trying to get the hang of everything.
