Making A Survival Horror Multiplayer Game - Devlog 1

Waddup Guys!

This is the first devlog of my survival horror multiplayer game! i know the video came very late but i have explained it also in the video.
In this video i did base progress for our online multiplayer game i have made many base stuff in the game so we can progress upon in upcoming devlogs, for now, I'm making just the first mode of my game Village, the map is not done yet but will make that in next devlog! i have just done some prototyping in this devlog as you can see i just made some random cubes around the player using unity's probuilder! but the original map will not be done in unity so we will make that in the blender! but for now, it is fine, i have also implemented a shooting mechanism in this game! For now, its just a pistol but I will add more in upcoming devlogs!

It is a horror survival game so i also made some surviving items for the player and more items will be added very soon, the horror element is not done in this devlog but i will try to implement it in upcoming devlogs! And also I'm making this game in Unity engine 3d!

Torch was off

9) make imposter's leg backwards

10) if any player health is >10 their speed will be slow
You revive them using bed
Player wants to lie down on bed and other players help to protect from imposter

tip : If you are adding village than add wild animals and add some some NPC which will be found in a perticular and secret place and the NPC will tell us some tips and puzzles and give us collectable items

1) u can make 4 bosses that have Keyes for escaping the village
2) u can make a trader to trade guns, ammos, healing items etc.

TIP : U can add torch or flashlight and keep the whole map dark so that if the player want to gather together they will need to use flashlight to find the way to meet each other, and also the map will look creepy and will be more exposive to play, and the best thing it can also hide your mistakes or bugs … BTW YOU ROCK BRO Keep it up u makes as super happy :)

TIP:you can add basement in the horror house and to get in the basement player must find night vision goggles or some sort of torch by solving a hard puzzle btw love your videos

Suggestion - Add a Transparency capsule.. to see what is behind solid objects for 10 sec.. it will help in searching for ghosts.. and make sure to make a seperate kind of mission or anything to earn that capsule in numbers 🗿

I suggest you to add this :- When ghost is near or chasing you there should be some black outline in the sides and up of the screen and a sound of fear.
