Kicking the ball 50 yards away = nothing. Tickling the ball 2 inches = yellow card.

Brighton player also kicked the ball away in the first half, and the useless referee didn't do anything, and Rice blocked the ball and red card! The referee spoiled the game, and he is highly inconsistent and should be demoted to lower league!!!

This is the same ref who gave a yellow for Joelinton clotheslining that goalie last week.

Rules of the game state “the ball has to be stationary n NOT rolling for a FREEKICK”! The ball was rolling when Rice touched the ball. So the kick would have been called back IF the Ref was reffing by the letter of the law.
