Hi Julia - The curves add a pretty wave to the whole fabric piece. Really pretty. Can’t wait to see the next video. Would be pretty to use earthy color fabrics and make a journal cover and add cutout trees or birds to it. Happy Day! Hugs.

Thanks for sharing! As always so inspiring! I love this tecnique, it reminds me of the ”quarter circle” ruler tecnique (can’t remember what the ruler is called now), but in principle you divide squares with a quarter circle cut and join them in the same way you show, without pinning.
