I will never own a carrier, plus I'll never afford one i'm stuck around 3 billion doing regular bgs (playing five years), and bgs takes a lot of time. The closest I can come to making credits is picking the credit options on missions to support the faction I choose on a daily basis. This also means it is a waste of time to own one as my credits would sink while I run the faction I support.
