love this, i started at season level 63 at 5pm UK and was level 97 by 8pm, cleared control points in minutes with the Golden Bullet, made me really happy.

Holy moly I can't wait to get home, I'm a bit under 6k SHD and I can't wait to blast this event all weekend! Just last night I put together a Hunters Fury setup with the new Harvest pistol. It absolutely destroys heroic content with directives. That gun is basically a budget Regulus so I'm gonna be using that build for this event, even though I love my Eagle Bearer.

This has helped me so much i put so many hours in div and ended up losing the account i had to restart from scratch now im lvl 265 i was previously lvl 613 the devs are definitely way better than most I really appreciate this event

I just ran Lincoln Memorial a few times back-to-back on Challenging with 4 directives enabled, and you can net 3M XP per run, which only takes 6-7 min each (I think 6 min 38 sec was my fastest). That's not a bad grind. But man, be prepared to constantly be opening caches, because they stack up FAST.

Got through 170 levels or so. Played on and off since it started here on Friday night great for resources. 1100 to around 1270. A tonne of fun. One-shot sniper build

Would DEFINITIVELY add Weekly projects AND the Golden Bullet challenges to this! Just gained 10 levels doing ONE mission on hard. Took about 15-20 minutes (although I had to stop in between to log out of my work computer.. haha). The combination of XP you can gain from BOTH doing the missions AND completing the projects should not be ignored.

I’m a newer player, so I’m definitely planning on burning through a lot of control points for both the XP and to keep unlocking crafting blueprints. I might also spend some time in Ascent just so that I can target farm some loot at the same time. There are still quite a few exotics I’m missing, and I also need some armor rolls for different builds.

I always play on heroic and use 3 out of 5 directives. And for roght now. All i do is the CP once ive done my daily and weekly.
Im getting 5 or 6 levels from doing each CP

Jumped on this morning I done the season pass mission which is x 5 for me.

For any returning players that are doing this to hit 1k shade level, throw on any specilizations you haven't completed. Makes them a breeze. Also, doing manhunts I've missed out on starting with the most recent has gotten me 100+ levels so far.

I'd love to do the Control Points, but unfortunately the Alert Level is still bugged when you set the world difficulty to Challenging or Heroic.

Having done nothing but Public Executions on Challenging with 5 directives, I've earned my 1000 levels in two days. Can't beat that!
