Pcm Hammer Avt-852 & J-2534 P01 Full read in 4x mode

Avt-852 and J2534 are now both working in 4x mode and are reading 4096 byte blocks. Read times are both comparable with other commercial tools.
The J2534 in theory will be compatible with ANY genuine J tool regardless of brand however we have only tested this against a couple of them at this point but so far no issues.
