Solid breakdown. I agree WBD is a buy at these prices. My opinion of course. Another point to consider is a possible divesture, slim chance of a potential buyout, but still a possibility. worse come to shove in a couple years if the stock is still depressed, the company more than likely announces a buyback and would be buying back very cheap stock.

I thinks its a great company, in my opinion the big funds are doing the same as they did to GME (it is a dying industry, but their movies are highly successful (2023 margin for movies was 63%)). The biggest problem is the debt and the Distribution segment of revenue, it could not potentially grow as expected. They also for sure have a huge library of content. Its for sure an interesting stock and a P/S of 0, 5 is too low in my opinion.

I think 10x fcf is reasonable once max is world wide. 6 billion fcf is conservative over time. Say 60 billion mcap. That's 3 times current valuation.
