There is a rumor that Henry Mancini, who composed music to Tom & Jerry The Movie did the music to this logo.

Whenever I see this logo, I think of the Sanrio English Dubs that were on VHS

In accordance to CLG Wiki, the availability section for this logo says it appears on specific DVD’s of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, more likely for the reason of VHS masters being used for the episodes. They will list the episodes this logo appears on the DVD’s on the availability. But, I just thought of something in my mind. If only this logo appeared on early DVD releases from 1997 to 1998, there would be a DVD variant for this logo. If this logo appeared on early DVD releases in the late 90s, the logo would play normally like on VHS, but toward the end after the logo is complete (when the paintbrush goes out of the image after wiping the yellow “Entertainment”), the DVD-Video logo would fade in in black underneath the finished logo as the music comes to its final part (the “duh-nuh-nuh-nuh!” part). It’d be really cool if that variant actually existed on its distributed-DVD releases.

You & ENunn did a good job with that F.H.E. logo in 60fps, someone needs to find a 60fps version that’s not a VHS tape because some TMNT DVDs might have that logo at the end of some episodes according to the Availability section of CLG Wiki.
