Dang Nicole, this makes me wish I could still do a garden. I'm intrigued about the soup - I never thought about anything like that, and the salad sounds.... interesting. (TBH, I don't know how I feel about eating it raw.) But everything LOOKS fantastic, and you know what they say "you eat with your eyes [or nose] first."
