Excellent talk. Very informative. At the end he spoke about how govt. agencies are always trying to increase their budgets. I have a friend that works in the DOD and they have actually buried perfectly good vehicles in the desert and bought new ones because if they don't spend every dime in their budget they will be given less money the next year. They are rewarded for waste. Crazy.

And the administration state does not allow argument: especially as it becomes more and more automated. Yet with our modern technology, the people can become directly involved in policy and educated on the ground as to consequence of choices offered and the underlying cause of inequality. An educated " administrator" sitting in an office, is not " on the ground, " and all informed theory only without practical experienced application is only ideological play, which is why admin. has not solved problems. Profit can also buy outcome, via education ( INFORM) and threat of loss of livelihood.

He needs to slow down and catch his breath. And either look at your paper or the audience, dont occilate between the two every half second. Very distracting.
