for anyone who didn't get that 0.1-sec thing its just ur sound should take 0.1sec to travel from ur mouth to reflector, and back to ur ear, so that means it will take 0.05 sec for sound to travel to the reflector and then another 0.05 sec for the sound to travel from reflector to ur ear, so if u multiply the speed of sound with 0.05(time sound will take to travel to reflector) then it would come near 16.8 m, so thats y its said in lower classes that its 17m by rounding it off, so now in higher class its better to say 0.1 sec or exact meters that u got by above calculation.
