North Macedonia were clearly in their Georgia era back then, they didn't care how they did. Also I think Denmark and Finland flopping was due to two of their neighbors (Norway and Iceland) getting relegated, which normally just happened to Finland back then

I liked that year actually Tallinn made a great show but with in my opinion one of the worst winner ever. How Latvia ended ub above Malta, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Finland, Estonia, also Cyprus is something I can't understand. you clearly disagree lol
