One my lifetime reading goals is to read all of Shakespeare's plays :) Ideally also all the Canterbury Tales, but that seems less likely to happen...

The Gilmore Girls Reading List. A list of all the novels Rory read on the series or that were mentioned. There are around 250 books on that list, some I already read, but it's a massive bucket list item.

A Lord of the Rings video series?

Yes, please!

This is so embarrassing, but I've never read Harry Potter 😅 Definitely on my bucket list!

We have soooo many similar items on our book bucket list/favorite books (especially the Wrinkle in Time)! Two things:

1. Go read 1984, like, tonight. Literally. It is probably my favorite of all classics. The discussions that could be had about that book. Dear gracious.

2. I read Moby Dick last year (after my dad told me he didn't think I could finish it, so essentially I read it to spite him), and let me tell you, buckle up. Strap in. It's looong and it definitely drags, but you're right, it's referenced so much that it's worth it and quite frankly, there's nothing more satisfying than closing Moby Dick and finally being able to say you've conquered it.

You have a fabulous bucket list and I wish you the best of luck. Happy Reading.

Wuthering Heights is so good. Easy to read as well.

Lord of the Rings is my favourite book and I think you'll love it! The atmosphere I think is quite similar to The Name of the Wind. The beginning of Fellowship of the Ring is really slow (my teacher told me she never made it past 80 pages bc it was so boring) but once you get over that it's amazing. If you've watched the movies I'm sure you know by now that the world building, writing etc. are gorgeous but there are also some really lovely poems in the book that were left out from the movies.

a lot of people are intimidated by LotR because the books are dense... but I'm pretty sure you've read other books that are at least that dense and yeah those books are a MUST READ. I love the movies too but the books are obviously so much more--I'm currently reading them for the 5th or 6th time and I cry every time ... they're so beautiful and important... AND YES PLEASE MAKE A VIDEO SERIES ABOUT IT!! I want to follow you on this journey

as for my own reading bucket list:
- everything by Patricia A. McKillip (she has a lot of books but they're hard to find!)
- finish Neil Gaiman's Sandman graphic novels (I've read the first 3 I think)
- The Cuckoo's Calling
... those are really the most important ones

but I also have so many books I want to reread--and now that goodreads includes rereads in your reading challenge I can do that! until now I've just been rereading harry potter and lotr every year and not a lot else, but I want to reread:
- The Time Quartet
- The Books of Pellinor by Allison Croggon
- The Spiritwalker Trilogy by Kate Elliott
- The Queen's Thief quartet by Megan Whalen Turner
- The Snow Child by Eowyn Ivey
- The Enchanted Forest Chronicles by Patricia C. Wrede
- Anne of Green Gables
- The Book of Dreams by O. R. Melling
... and so many more

If it helps, in college one of my professors turned Moby Dick into a gay romance. I do not kid. It honestly made things better. Happy reading!

A wrinkle in time is so good! I've read all of them and they just have so many great themes that are portrayed really well, even to younger audiences. Definitely one of my favorite series from when I was a kid !

I love your list. I've read Cat's Cradle and Slaughterhouse-Five and loved them both. The audio book of Slaughterhouse-Five had an interview by Kurt Vonnegut at the end and it just really added to the book. I've read the entire Wheel of Time series and Brandon Sanderson's three books were so good, but I had read all of Robert Jordan's books over a series of years and some of the books were a challenge. I've read 11 of his books and I love them all. Thanks for your hard work in making these videos!

Hey PeruseProject. Here is my list.
1. All of the Robin Hobby books.
2. All of the books in both of the series that are written by Brent Weeks.
3. All of the Wheel of Time series.
4. All of the 3 Musketeers series. I had no idea that, that was more than a 10 book long series and I only read the first book.
5. All of the books by Brandon Sanderson.
6. Once and Future King.
7. More Massage textbooks.
8. I have never read a Wrinkle in Time, so maybe this will be a good time.
9. All 3 series by Jim Butcher.
10. All of the books by Charles Dickens.
11. All of the books by Tad Williams.
12. Wuthering Heights.
13. I also have an idea of a fan fiction that I would love to write. I want to take a group of classical characters, like Jane Eyre, and take them to Howarth and just see what happens.

If you are going to tackle Vonnegut, definitely read Cat's Cradle!! I'm currently reading all of Vonnegut's books in order of publication and I'm currently at Slaughterhouse Five (which is a reread for me).

Omg same about the Time Quartet! I love A Wrinkle in Time, but I never read the other ones either! Gotta get on that! This is an impressive list, I think it's so cool how you're willing to tackle such long fantasy and classic books, they seem so intimidating. Now I want to make my own book bucket list! :)
