Lot of people asking for the chords here is what i can best put forward - Also included an alternate Drop D bass tuning too to try since its better for fingerstyle arranging.
Its in E standard with the -high- E tuned down to D since the last chords are clearly shown in the video and its easy to hear its standard tuning when compared to the video too.
I will still include the Drop D chords, since they are really nice but ill put them below the correct version.

I got this far and realised it was not actually Drop D, but you can easily do the rest yourself from here!

Played guitar over 20yrs, plus I use a lot of Drop D

He does add a few embellishments and extra notes in there, and you can also voice it more
I would even play the Em in the verse as

It lets you put more melody around it, but thats my take!
Just have fun, you can't be arrested for changing a chord.

I remember watching this as a guitar player and being in awe of his playing! To this day I have no idea what tuning he’s using and what on earth those chords are at the end. All I know is the whole performance is mesmerisingly beautiful!
