If we talk about Marine Parade by itself, it’s not really a very big district. But even within this small piece of land, we can find some 8,000 HDB flats, at least 50 to 60 condo developments, and scores of landed properties.

The Peranakan design of the shophouses in Marine Parade gives the vibe of seaside living. I also appreciate your input about the best places to try the best foods in the area. I am looking forward to dining in the original Katong Laksa. Aside from the best foods, Marine Parade also has shopping centres and popular schools. And who wouldn't want to stroll around the East Coast Park, a long beach line with more delicious food options.

East Coast Park has really been the first thing that comes to our mind when we speak about Marine Parade. But this video gives us the bigger picture that Marine Parade has more to offer. The community of Marine Parade is abundant when it comes to food choices and the shophouses add up the vibe of the seaside lifestyle. Aside from the food options, Marine Parade has big shopping centres and schools as well.
