Hey Brodie, I discovered your channel and I can't get enough of your vids.

I'm a student at UNLV, and from what I can tell, every major sport can work here except Major League Baseball. Not many people will travel here for baseball at the same rate that people travel for Football, Hockey, Basketball, and Soccer. Not to mention, we feel for A's fans. We say we want a MLB team here, but we also think Oakland deserves the A's.

While I don't doubt how much we love baseball, a majority of that love comes from how good Las Vegas Ballpark is. Free Parking, refillable soda fountains, food that's worth paying the stadium premium for, comfortable seats, in a prime location in the suburbs. I'm a Padres fan, and I like LVBP better than Petco Park. It's my favorite stadium in sports, Allegiant and T-Mobile can't hold a candle to it. The Aviators are bad right now, but the stadium experience is why the Aviators achieve 8, 000 people a night.

Not to insult the people signing your check, but I don't think the higher-ups are smart enough to add everything that makes LVBP great to the new Ballpark, even though it wouldn't take much of that low budget. LVBP will keep seeing a high turnout, for as long as they're willing to keep a minor league team there.

Vegas definitely deserves their expansion team at the Rio site! Oakland is ready to finish this deal and expedite construction at Howard Terminal. Get Manfred on the phone, problem solved.

Sad how pro sports franchises "pimp" out all the cities along the way. At some point, I really hope a city does stand up to these billionaires. You like the city then you pay. It would be great for these owners to get denied and feel it for a few years for their selfish decisions.

This survey was one of many. There was also a survey that said the majority didn’t want it on the strip and the park must have on site parking. Anything the A’s put out now take it with a grain of salt. If you are paying for the survey I’m sure you will get the results you are look for.

I feel like Fisher is trying to scrap together whatever he can to increase the value of the team so he can sell it for a massive profit. I don’t think he cares where they are at, he just wants the cheapest new stadium so he can sell for a very high price. Right now no stadium, no good ball players, no attendance, this will be the basement price right now, with a new stadium locked in and security for the next 15-25 years he can get much more $ for the team.

Let’s be real this is and has always been about money. The stadium is just cheaper to build in Vegas vs Oakland and they know they can leach off of our tourism here in Vegas. And going deeper than that Fisher might sell the team when the value goes up after we have shovels in the ground or a successful attendance in the new stadium.

I love that if there was some kind of "strip" view, the main thing they'd see is the Excalibur, which it sounds like the locals rightfully think is a tacky and ugly.

It's Hilarious that the commentators from Vegas are for Rio Casino to be used. the Maloof brothers, ex Sacramento Kings owners and whose sister was on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The Maloof played games with Sacramento and the Kings fans. Fischer is playing the same games with Oakland and the A's. If I was in No way would I vote for this team under this ownership. Like the commissioner said, they need a Children's Hospital and other things that REALLY benefit the community. SAVE your Tax $$and don't squandered it in a guy who inherited his $$$$ and is throwing temper tantrums about wanting things HIS way. ❤ Baseball and hate this BS. LV is better off with an expansion team like the Knights. It will takes years to fix the mess Fischer and Kaval had done to this team. Start Fresh... Avoid this BS from these billionaire owners.
