Loup Garou front seat on-ride 5K POV @60fps Walibi Belgium

Loup Garou is French for Werewolf or Weerwolf in Dutch and this Vekoma wooden coaster is one of only six designed by Stand Company in Cincinnati, Ohio. The others include Viper at Six Flags Great America, Robin Hood at Walibi Holland, White Cyclone at Nagashima Spa Land in Japan and Dania Beach Hurricane at Boomers in South Florida. Loup Garou is 92 feet (28m) tall with a 77 foot (23.5m) drop and reaches speeds up to 50 mph (80 km/h).
This Walibi park is located southeast of Brussels in Wavre, Belgium.

I actually really like the layout of this coaster and don't think it needs the RMC treatment. Maybe a full retrack by Gravity Group like Tonnere de Zeus had or go full Titan Track by GCI to make it way smoother. Would also love to see some extra airtime moments and more banking on it.

Crazy! I've lived in Cincy all my life and never heard of the Stand company. Obviously surprised they never put anything at our home park King's Island. But they do manufacture a lot of the B&M track here in Clermont county.

Not a bad woodie, imagine if they used the space for a longer drop, as it looks now the supports at the bottom look to stand 20 feet above ground level

I have a high tolerance for roughness (love Bandit at Movie Park) but this one is too much lol. Those lateral jolts genuinely give bruises.

I think a nice GCI Re-Track is all this coaster needs. The layout is great and so is the setting. Looking at the track it looks like it hasn't been greased in years.

Aside from the uncomfortable lap bars, it's a decent ride: not too rough and an unusual, but fun layout 👍🏻

Anyone complaining about this needing an RMC makeover obviously can’t handle classic woodies. Simply don’t ride them if these coasters are “too rough” for you smh
