I remember when those rolls were flat, and they trusted the customer to figure out to open them by squeezing them. The quarters would shape it into a tube as you filled it. Oh, yeah, and you had to close it at each end yourself. *So* difficult!!! 🙄

For clarification, you can get quarters at the bank, but you need money in your bank account or collect them overtime and you can get those empty rolls at the bank as well for free, for your quarters, dimes, nickels and pennies. So yeah
