as a Thai person I love my wai wai noodles crushed up and as a soup (I don't crush other noodles but wai wai is good for it)

Nah first add oil, and then onions then maybe some chillies, onion huge chunks or cut tomato, cook 15 mins low heat, and make like a paste, and then add water to the paste and put noodle and it's heavenly,

Use chicken waiwai its the best (without butter HAIYAH) i live in Darjeeling North east here, chicken waiwai from nepal is directly exported to NE only and i feel bad that you guys miss the orginal taste of waiwai. The real flavour is only in nepali waiwai. Comared to indian made waiwai. Now saying how do i know ? Here you can see wai wai logo in english but nepali waiwai has nepali alphabet waiwai..if you eat that you will fall in love . I ak saying this because i used to live in delhi for studies. And didnt had chicken waiwai after months. I could notice and was shocked to see the difference .

The orignal soupy wai wai tastes better i like soupy one because wai wai needs soup without soup i cannot eat it
