My issue is that someone will call me, and then say I need to check and read an email they sent me, or i need to get something off a web page to tell them, if I open email or web browser, get whats needed, and then go back to the phone app, the caller doesnt appear, theres no "hold" button as some suggest, so a few times I had to go back to the call history and hit their number and the phone icon is green and starts calling them which I don't want- they are still on the line, so I hit hang up and sometimes they are on the line, so I'm doing something incorrect.
