No need to peel beets!!! When cooked it's soft enough, a good fiber, and most nutrients concentrate right under the skin.

A couple of comments and my own tried hacks....I scrape the skins off of carrots with the unsharp edge of a knife( it works well over a paper sack too to catch the refuse), and opening a banana vthat way will make a huge and immediate brown & bruised spot...peel from the opposite end from the stem, like monkeys do.Works so much better! Or..cut that end off slightly with a sharp knife then eel the skin off.But I do love your channel so much!I'm going to make a "grass man " for my cat, she'll love it!
