They never explained the gap in the plot about the fact that how Ross is "so Jewish" or maintains a Jewish identity, on the other hand his sister never referred to any Jewish holiday and starred in episodes regarding both Christian and American holidays. I think that the fact that David Schwimmer is Jewish and Courteney Cox is not Jewish seeped into the writing and it's strange🎀... because we weren't given any background for the different attitude towards the holidays on the part of the characters. Just something I've always thought about that I can't seem to find any flow in the plot regarding the house where they grew up😅
