Ingredients:
* 2 servings of udon noodles - I used frozen and can be found at Asian grocers
* 3 tbsp of butter
* 4 cloves of garlic, minced
* 1/2 onion, sliced
* 200 g of mushrooms
* 2 tbsp of organic water
* 1 tbsp of sesame oil
* 1 cup of heavy cream
* 2.5 tbsp of miso paste

Garnish
* Green onion
* Furikake
* Chili oil - optional
* Egg yolk - optional

Steps:
* Soak the frozen udon in hot water and use chopsticks to loosen the noodles. Rinse with cold water, drain it and set aside.
* Heat butter over medium heat.
* Add onion, garlic and cook until fragrant for 2 minutes.
* Add in the mushrooms, sesame oil and 2 tbsp of organic water to the pan.
* Sauté the mushrooms until it is cooked through/lightly browned.
* Stir in heavy cream, miso paste, and bring the sauce to a boil.
* Add the noodles back to the sauce and toss until it is evenly coated.
* Season with salt and pepper to taste according to your liking.
* Garnish with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
