Flamin 🔥 Hot Cheetos Mozzarella Sticks | Simple and Delish by Canan

Ingredients:
5 mozarella sticks
1 cup crushed Flamin' Hot Cheetos
1 large egg
3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Vegetable oil ( I used sunflower oil)

Instructions:
1- Grind up Cheetos
2- Set up a breading station: In a shallow bowl, add crushed Cheetos, in another bowl, whisk eggs until well beaten; and in another bowl, add flour. 
3- Coat mozzarella sticks in flour, then dip in egg, then flour, dip in egg again then crushed Cheetos.
4- Deep Fry at 350°F for 2 minutes

Make sure you freeze after coating for 2 hours so that your coating wont become soggy and your cheese melts in the oil.
