Kidnapping survivor Elizabeth Smart speaks at Vancouver fundraiser

A woman who was once the victim of a horrific abduction and imprisonment shared her story of survival at a fundraiser in Vancouver on Friday morning.

Elizabeth is admirable to a degree, but proof that being a victim does not make one an expert on violent crime. She’s effectively become a pawn for the very Christian based ideology that warped the mind of her kidnappers. It’s an interesting psychological case study, to say the least. Disturbing story from start to finish about the continued exploitation of a woman that’s seemingly still vulnerable, at worst.
